EVENTS - Main House, Garden and Grounds
The house and grounds at Huguenot Springs are available for meetings and events for up to 50 people,
per COVID-19 rules. Contact us to schedule and plan your unique event.
BASE RATES for events with up to 30 guests:
Half day (4 hours) self-catered, use of kitchen -- $550.00
Full day (8 hours) self-catered, use of kitchen -- $750.00
Half day (4 hours) self-catered -- $750.00
Full day (8 hours) self-catered -- $1200.00
~We are happy to provide coffee, tea and water for meetings and workshops.
~We can recommend a caterer to prepare a farm lunch for your group.
~For events with over 30 guests, an additional fee of 8.00 pp for half day and 12.00 pp for full day on weekdays and 12.00 pp for half day and 18.00 pp for full day will accrue.
~Huguenot Springs is a historic property. Refundable damage deposit of 1500.00 required.
Acoustic music only outside. Outside events end by 10:00 p.m.
3 bedrooms: 1 King, 2 Queen. A single bed is also available in each bedroom.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
Overnight, whole house (2-night minimum) -- $375.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
Overnight, whole house (2-night minimum) -- $525.00
Week stays, 7 nights
whole house -- $1800.00
~All stays incur a COVID-19 cleaning and sanitizing fee of $225.00 and County of Powhatan occupancy tax of 5%.
~Huguenot Springs is a historic property. Refundable damage deposit of $1500.00 required.
